Ubuntu Capital is able to provide a unique opportunity for “new to industry” aspiring financial planners to become Financial Planner Assistants thereby enabling you to learn from others and grow into the industry while working flexible hours and building up a recurring income.

As a financial planner assistant you will receive:

TRAINING PROGRAMME

Comprehensive online training programme through our academy.

This includes an intensive programme that ensures that you receive focused industry, sales and product knowledge.

ASSISTANCE

You will start by focusing on one product line and grow your product knowledge gradually as you build your own client base and recurring financial remuneration.

Your assigned Financial Planner will help you with training, advice, guidance and joint-calls.

REQUIREMENTS

 

Candidates must be prepared to undergo a comprehensive online training programme which includes online assessments to establish competency and provide them with the necessary knowledge to fulfill the role. Candidates MUST have their own computer and cell phone and be confident talking to people as there is a large sales focus to the position. Having good computer skills such as a basic knowledge of how to use Word, Excel, Outlook and OneDrive is key.
You are expected to have access to a decent internet connection. The business will supply you with a business phone number and airtime to make calls.
